We also thank each of the candidates for volunteering and participating in this year’s election. Volunteer Owners are an important part of making the Association business run and run smoothly. We cannot express enough appreciation for the time and energy Board and Commission Members invest into the Park Tower community.
The Election Tabulator with Picker and Associates has certified the results including the percentage of the total quorum, and portion of the vote each candidate received:
The Total Quorum was reported 28.49%
The two Unit Owners elected to two year terms were:
Monique Fouant received 44.74%
Sheldon Atovsky received 42.79%
Other Owners receiving votes:
Joseph Guzzardo received 12%
