AND Bike Tune Up Service April 21st and 22nd!

Current and new parkers, this year’s bike room audit and registration is set to begin April 3rd. The annual rate for parking remains $60, except for upper rack spots which have been reduced to $48. Also, for those who may not need to park for the entire year or are just planning to use a space for limited time, a $10/month option is now available. By Monday May 1st, ALL bicycles will need to have their 2023 registration sticker affixed and visible on their bike in order to continue parking after May 1st.

AND NEW PARKERS – now is the time! We have space available and you get the most out of the annual fee by signing up with our registration effort.

Existing parkers can contact the office any time to confirm your stall location(s) and to arrange pick up of your 2023 sticker. During business hours you can stop by or call 773-769-3250, or e-mail our team at parktowercondo-mgmt@habitat.com. And new parkers can make an appointment to view the room and get a spot lined up.

After May 1^st, bikes without the 2023 registration sticker will be removed. Our staff will perform a final sweep and audit of the room and bicycles without a new sticker will be considered abandoned. They will be removed and donated to charity.

ALSO, we’ve arranged for Joe with ON THE FLY BICYCLE REPAIR to be in back on the Park Tower dock on Friday and Saturday April 21st and 22nd – 4pm to 8pm on Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturday. Some Key services available include:

– Complete Tune Up $85 (adjust brakes and gears, wheel truing, safety check, air pressure and lubrication)

– Tune Up PLUS $135 (includes complete drivetrain cleaning)

– Full Rebuild $300 (full disassembly, fresh grease, new cables, and complete drivetrain degrease and reinstall)
