Due to supply issues, new stickers will not be given to all parkers. As a part of our annual audit, it appears most bikes old stickers are in good condition. Management is beginning the annual Bike Room audit effort and bike registrations for 2021. And we need all parkers help! By Friday August 27th, at 5pm, ALL bicycles need to have their new 2020 PTCA Registration Sticker. The annual fee is $60 which will reflect on the Unit Owners September statement. All bikes will need the new sticker affixed to the bicycle, to be able to remain stored in the bike room after the 27th.
Bikers can contact the office any time between now and then to arrange a time to confirm your stall location(s) and to arrange pick up of your sticker. During business hours you can stop by or call 773-769-3250, or e-mail our team at parktowercondo-mgmt@habitat.com. After August 27th our staff will perform a final sweep and audit of the room and bicycles without a new sticker will be removed and donated to charity.
New bikes are welcome to find a home as well. We do have space available and now is a great time before fall and winter weather reduce the opportunity to use your bike. if you have not been using the room, or have other bikes in your household, contact us to arrange an appointment and inspect available spaces.
