Notice of PTCA Business For The 2018 Annual Meeting of Unit Owners
IMPORTANT – Please remember, if you do not plan on attending the Annual Meeting in person on June 11th, WE NEED YOUR PROXY FORM! A minimum 20% of the ownership needs to be present in person or by Proxy in order for the meeting to be held. Please return a completed, signed and dated Proxy Form. You can mail this in the envelope provided with the Official Notice mailed earlier this month, or drop it in the Proxy Box at the front desk in the lobby.

2018 Board Election – Candidate Meet and Greet
Saturday June 2nd at 11am in the Party Room
2018 Board Election – Meet the Candidates Town Hall
Wednesday June 6th at 7pm in the Party Room
PTCA 2018 Annual Meeting of the Unit Owners
Followed by June Board of Directors Meeting
Monday June 11th, 2018 at 7:30pm in the Party Room
June 2nd at 11am and June 6th at 7pm, get to know your candidates for the 2 open Board positions. First with an informal Meet and Greet on June 2nd, and a Town Hall style meeting on June 6th where candidates will be invited to give statements and answer questions. Both events are to be held in the 2nd Floor Party Room.
On June 11th, at 7:30pm, the PTCA 2018 Annual Meeting of the Ownership will be held in the Party Room, at which time and place the 2018 Board Election will be conducted, and followed by the June 2018 Board Meeting where the PTCA Board will conduct typical monthly Association business and address any other matter that properly comes before the Board.
All owners are welcome and encouraged to attend and participate.
The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday June 25th at 7:30pm, to be held in the Party Room unless otherwise posted.
