The Association requires a 20% quorum to conduct business at the meeting. So it’s vital as many owners participate as possible.
The auditing firm’s Proxy Box is at the front desk. Owners who live on site, or those who can stop by, can drop their proxy form in the box for collection by the auditor. Otherwise, please mail your proxy form (signed and dated) in the self-addressed envelope provided with the notice sent last week.
If for some reason you did not get your Annual Meeting Notice (mailed on Friday May 19th), with the enclosed blank Proxy Form, you can pick one up in the office, or print one out. The document is attached here for your convenience:
Official 2017 Annual Meeting Notice w att 05.19.17
YOUR CANDIDATES ARE…
Michael Parrie (incumbent)
Jean Shamo (incumbent)
Paul Heck (incumbent, appointed to complete term of prior member George Pauley)
These are the candidates of record, who presented their nomination application by the May 5th, 2017 deadline.
Formal Annual Meeting notices are expected to be mailed in the upcoming week. This will include more details, such as the proxy form, instructions for voting, and information regarding the candidates. Although there are only 3 members running for 3 open positions, it is still vital we reach a 20% quorum in order for business to take place at the meeting. If you can not attend the meeting in person, we ask you complete the proxy form by indicating your vote, and signing and dating the form. There will be a blank for you to fill in the name of your proxy holder, if you plan to have someone represent you at the meeting.
