This schedule was approved at the June 27, 2016 Board Meeting. All meetings will take place in the 2nd Floor Party Room, at 7:30pm unless otherwise posted. The first meeting each month is expected to be the primary business meeting. The second meeting is to conduct any urgent business necessary between the primary meetings if needed. Meetings may be cancelled from time to time, in which case notice will be posted, sent via e-mail and posted online at www.ptcondo.com. The Board also approved holding four Home Owners Forums to meet and discuss items of interest with the unit owners.  These will not be Board Meetings. No Association business will be conducted and minutes will not be taken, however, a quorum of Board Members may be present.  These forums are scheduled for the following dates and times: Tuesday August 2, 2016 at 7:00pm, Saturday November 5, 2016 at 1:00pm, Monday February 6, 2017 at 7:00pm, and Wednesday May 3, 2017 at 7:00pm, all in the Party Room unless otherwise posted.
