Redtwist Theatre
Redtwist Theatre, formerly known as Actors Workshop Theatre is located just a short walk from Park Tower in the vibrant Bryn Mawr Historic District at 1044 West Bryn Mawr. Their 2014/2015 season is about to kick off with the world premiere of Another Bone by Cathy Earnest from September 20th through October 19th. This season’s lineup also includes the Chicago premiere of I and You by Laura Gunderson (Nov 29 – Dec 28), Red by John Logan which was the winner of six Tony Awards and the Arthur Miller classic The American Clock (Apr 18 – May 17).

Raven Theater
Raven Theatre, located at 6157 N. Clark Street, is dedicated to performing arts that illuminate the American experience and work that provides reflection on our identity in a global context. Through its ensemble produced plays, collaborations with outside artists and organizations and its educational programming, Raven is committed to serving the Edgewater community’s needs through the arts. Their 2014/2015 will feature another Arthur Miller classic All My Sons which will run from September 22nd through November 15th. This will be followed up by Chicago Premier of Dividing the Estate by Horton Foote (Feb 2 – Mar 28), The Bird Feeder Doesn’t Know by Todd Bauer (Apr 6 – May 16) and Beast of the Moon by Richard Kalinoski (Apr 22 – Jun 6).
Steep Theater
Steep Theatre is a company of artists who explore ensemble-based “Everyman” theatre. Steep draws from traditional and contemporary theatrical traditions with a vision to push artistic boundaries through an ensemble based performance style. Steeps 2014/2015 Season starts off with the Midwest premier of The Vandal by Hamish Linklater and will run from October 2nd through November 8th. Steep will follow up with The Life and Sort of Death of Eric Argyle by Ross Dungan (Jan 22- Feb 28), Martyr by Marius Von Mayenburg (Apr 16 – May 23) and Brilliant Adventures by Alistair McDowall (Jul 9 – Aug 15).
